This information is stored in a secure database accessible only to Dr. R.C. Nash and authorized administrators at Nash Solutions LLC, our technology provider.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit our website, including: pages viewed, time spent on pages, referring website, device type (desktop, mobile, or tablet), browser type, and screen size. We also track UTM campaign parameters if you arrive via a marketing link. This data is collected through our own first-party analytics system and is not shared with third parties. We do not collect your IP address in our analytics database.

We use a session identifier stored in your browser's session storage to understand how visitors navigate our site during a single visit. This identifier is automatically cleared when you close your browser and is not used to track you across visits or across other websites.

Google Analytics

AI Assistant

Our client portal includes an AI assistant powered by Anthropic's Claude. When portal users interact with the assistant, conversation content may be processed by Anthropic's API to generate responses. Anthropic's data handling practices are described in their Privacy Policy. AI conversations are stored in our secure database and are accessible only to authorized administrators.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase (for our database) and Vercel (for our website hosting), both of which maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS/HTTPS) and at rest. Access to your data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with our technology provider (Nash Solutions LLC) for the purpose of operating this website and our business systems, and with third-party service providers (Supabase, Vercel, Anthropic, Google) as described above.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information).

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and related communications for as long as necessary to provide our services and maintain our business relationship. Analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
